I used to approach the holiday season with a spreadsheet (for real!) and gritted teeth – and end it feeling disappointed, depleted and resentful.
So I was pretty surprised to discover I’m excited about this year – because I’m slowing down, questioning how and what I want to do and raising my hand for help from my family.
I’m experimenting with giving myself permission to enjoy myself and partake in the PLEASURE.
I thought I was alone in how I felt about the holidays until I shared a post last year in our FSW community and had crazy big response of “me too.”
So I want to share another messy experiment of mine…
My hubby and I are exploring starting a Fully Shining Women Leading Our World PODCAST!
The first “test” episode is called (UN)Happy Holidays to You!
And I’m sharing it here with you first!

Well, this coming month, we’ll be exploring mindful and creative ways to Review Your Year.
We’ll be celebrating our a-ha’s and accomplishments and setting ourselves up for bigger breakthroughs in 2022.
