Excavating deep old wounds was the focus this past week as I ended a cycle, said farewell to my job and continued to birth the Fully Shining Women Wisdom School.
Even though I have years of spiritual training, lots of tools and plenty of support, I have to make an effort to not to default to go, go go/pushing mode or to drop into doubt.
Many of my close friends and soul sisters also had intense weeks of heartbreak and loss and sisterhood wounds showing up.
Which is why I’m making it a practice to celebrate the Full Moon each month – and I’m inviting you to join me.
The Full Moon is a time of full visibility, a time to shine our inner light and turn our faces toward allowing all of us to be seen and heard.
It’s about celebrating our breakthroughs, a-ha’s and successes – especially our strong, successful selves.
