Come to think of it… let’s 10x it, shall we?
When the Black Lives Matter sign got stolen from my yard, my first reaction was, “Who did this? How dare they!”
I had a few ideas on how to “get back” at whoever the culprit was.
And then I caught myself.
I’ve been watching how heartbroken and despairing I’ve felt over this last year, “What is up with this planet? Why can’t we live the way I hold in my heart? Why did I have to end up here (again!)?”
And here I was having a rather human impulse – to “get even.”
The best way I could “get back” was to return to my heart and spread the love.
So I bought another 10 signs from this black-owned company. And felt quite pleased to see double the number of signs around town.
Then my missing sign mysteriously reappeared. ☺
So when I heard about a “drive-by” shooting in my sleepy little small town (it turned out to be not random but 2 men in a feud), I decided instead of turning to fear or worry, I’d double down on love.
And isn’t that what the world most needs right now?
Let’s DOUBLE DOWN on love.
I’d been nurturing an idea to host a series called Fully Shining Women DREAMING Our World.
And that shooting propelled me into action.
After all, if you are the creator of your reality, your world….
Then aren’t WE the creators of OUR world?
