I’m going to make a bold statement – most everyone I know is running on overwhelm these days especially my heart-centered entrepreneurs.
(Yes, even those of us who look like we have it together!)
Many of us are also empaths or emotionally sensitive, so feeling overwhelmed can be toxic to our bodies and our businesses.
We feel overwhelm acutely and it zaps our creativity and inspiration – not to mention we get a lot less done when we’re burning up our precious energy on feeling overloaded.
I get it.
I woke up to a full day and a sick kiddo. As a mom and an entrepreneur, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed since I’m the one who has to figure out my message and create content, do the marketing, bookkeeping… am I writing a new freebie? email funnel? Planning a new event?
Clients and friends often ask how I do it all without getting overwhelmed since I work Wanderlust Entrepreneur and own my own business, we do frequent launches, I have 2 kids and a bonus son, my husband was down health-wise this last year, we built an office and I wrote a book. Whew!
I bet you can relate to the full life feeling.
So I’ve had to develop some tools for myself and my clients to lessen and prevent overwhelm. That way you can catch your breath, lessen the stress and focus on what matters in your business and life.
