With so much needing attention in our world… where do you choose to put your attention?
My heart sometimes feels heavy with all that issues that are clamoring for our attention and the intensity of feeling it all.
Anti-racism…
The environment…
Child sex slaves…
Immigration…
Women’s rights…
LGBTQ rights…
The list goes on.
(And sometimes it’s so overwhelming!)
I know deep in my heart I can’t change the world, I can only change myself.
And yet I care deeply and see the value in educating myself and speaking up for what I believe. Protests, conversations & donations DO matter.
That’s why Regine Monestime of Black Butterfly Journeys hosted this raw, real and revolutionary conversation.
